BLUE CYPRESS LAKE

This is from my recent trip with Michael Pancier to Blue Cypress Lake in Florida. Yet another beautiful place to photograph in our great State. The water level was not low enough for me to feel courageous and get into the water. As a matter of fact we saw a couple of gators that just did not make the environment feel inviting or safe enough to jump in. This is my first actual shot at first light and was taken from the boat. We were taken around by Michael Wilhelm in his boat and had a great time. This lake is also well know by the amount of birds that populate it during certain periods of the year. I'm not much of a wildlife photographer, Landscape Photography is my passion in the arts, although once in a while I will shoot one or two decent images nut it is definitely not my forte. This capture was taken just before the sun came up. The colors were changing as the morning advanced as you all will be able to see in the other shots that I will post from that morning.
I definitely will want to go back and work this place a little more, especially as the year advances  Michael Wilhelm recommended us to pay a visit back around the monthes of October November as the colors will then be changing into more of a fall palette.

Anyway, hope you all have been doing great, as always I thank you for stopping by and visiting my work. I highly appreciate it
